The Basics

 We are located deep within the Ozark Mountains of Newton County, Arkansas, not far from the Buffalo National River and Ozark National Forest!  Beautiful, “quirky” home in the wooded mountains, right on the Little Buffalo River, with access to hundreds of acres of hiking trails.  Swimming and wading in the river or Thomas Creek is a bonus!
Please note that we are “off-road”. There’s about 6 miles of dirt road to get here.  You also cross a low water bridge on the river to get here!

Creek’s End Retreat offers a unique, year-round vacation home for couples, families or larger groups… 

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and extra sleeping areas. Full kitchen and laundry!

A perfect pet-friendly place for family reunions. Come for a weekend, a week, or longer! Kids want to stay forever!

With a huge back deck for entertaining, cozy front deck for morning coffee, and a large screened porch off the master bedroom, Creek’s End Retreat will provide plenty of space for your Ozark Vacation activities. Gas grill and campfire pit on site.

Creek's End can get you there!  We have Wi-Fi, TV and Movies,  books, games and puzzles. We have a network of hiking trails, and maps are provided. There is abundant wildlife, including the bigger species such as deer, bobcats, bears, cougars (rare), and wild hogs. We are about 30 minutes from Jasper, where you can find shopping, restaurants, grocery and gas, canoe outfitters, Horseback riding, ziplining, and more! We love the Ozark Cafe and Emma's Museum of Junk!
