GUEST RATES

 Rates begin at $125/night for 2 guests. Extra guests are $15/each/night. 

No charge for infants under 6 months.

Maximum number of guests - 10


Larger groups may require a security and cleaning deposit. 


Pets are welcome, and are 10/night/per pet. If you book thru Airbnb, please plan to pay your pet fees by check or cash in person. Pets need to be treated for fleas and ticks before arrival. We do have ticks here in the woods!

Inside the House

Please call to check-in when you arrive. Our numbers are posted near the house phone in the kitchen. The number at Creek's End is (870) 446-2413.  No long distance calls permitted withour our knowledge.


ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE!


If you break dishes or something else, please notify us before you leave. We understand that some breakage is normal wear and tear...


Please do not flush sanitary items.


Children under 6 years must be supervised at all times! 

Outside the House

NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS IS PERMITTED! This includes paintball guns, BB guns, etc. You will be told to leave without a refund if you break this rule!

Do not build campfires anywhere other than the firepit

IF YOU USE THE GAS GRILL MAKE A REASONABLE ATTEMPT TO CLEAN IT

DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO POOP NEAR THE HOUSE!


DO NOT BLOCK TRAFFIC ON THE LOWER PART OF THE CIRCLE DRIVE!


Please put garbage bags (only) in the varmint-proof bin on the deck. Garbage is picked up by the County on Monday morning. Please let us know if it need to be taken out.

Questions and Answers

Q. Can we have extra guests in for the day?

A. Up to 4 daytime guests are allowed, with our prior permission.


Q. Can we have a party or wedding there?

A. Not usually. Our septic system is not made for large crowds. Call and talk to us about your needs, though.


Q. Can I bring my cat? Parrot? Hamster?

A. Yes, we are pet friendly! You must pay for all pets - $10/night/each. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, injured or damged pets for any reason.


Q. How are the roads to get there?

A. There are 6 miles of county dirt roads, and then a concrete low water concrete slab to reach Creek's End. High clearance and 4x4 vehicles are better to bring than sports cars!
